Free Online Christmas Music:
The Unexpected Arrival

I love to provide free online Christmas music to help you get into the Christmas Spirit - and to jog your memory about what Christmas is really all about.

But I must admit - when I saw the following video - the one that had 5 MILLION views within the first two weeks of posting - I couldn't help but think of the parallels between Bethlehem over 2000 years ago, and this modern day mall setting.

It's all about the unexpected. Before I explain further, watch this Christmas Food Court video that has spread throughout cyberspace like wildfire in the past few weeks!

Repeat the Sounding Joy:
Embracing the Unexpected
(Free Online Christmas Music Surprise)

This was such an unexpected event in the lives of the mall shoppers that day....but you can see by their expressions that it was a welcome intrusion. They saw and heard the unexpected, they responded with full attention, and they let this unusual event impact their lives for the better....in the middle of the mall, of all places!

Just like this, on that very first Christmas day, the infant Jesus was born in an unexpected way (to a virgin named Mary) in an unexpected place (a manger) to people who were not expecting His arrival. I'm sure they were just as surprised as this mall crowd!

He came into the world as a surprise to most people - but to those who gave their attention to this unusual event....and allowed Him to impact their lives, the result was JOY - and along with it, peace and changed hearts that delighted in showing goodwill and love to their fellow man.

And so, this baby turned King of Kings - as we hear in this glorious rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's Messiah - still has the power to change lives today - to all who will receive Him as the Good News and Savior of the world.

Have a Blessed Christmas!
